Online Forum Discussion.
For this project we were divided into groups and each group were given a building. Next, we had to collect more information about the building and from different sources and discuss it as an online forum with our friends and lecturers. The building i got for this project was Saint Trophime.
What I learned and gained from this project:
From this project i learnedt the different ancient buildings that are here until now, How these buildings evolved during time and measures taken to maintain those buildings. As my building Saint trophime, i learned the basic design process and how the building evolved during the time as well.
Analysis Presentation Board.
Next, specific questions were given to each of us were asked to produce an analysis board answering those questions. The questions i got were more into the structure, geometry, materialiity of the building.Left, is my final analysis presentation board.
What i learned and gained from this project:
From this project i developed the skills on how to do a in depth analysis of a building with the type of resources to look into while doing these types of analysis. By doing this project, i learned some interesting features about the Building Saint Trophime like the basic geometry, the building materials, how the structures were put into place and also the massing of the building as well.

3D Abstraction Model. .
As for our final part of of the project, each group were then asked to make a 3D abstraction model of the building we got. Left is our 3D abstraction model for Saint Trophime.
What i learned and gained from this project:
By doing this model i learned more the spatial quality of the interior space of my building, and the scale and proportion of different parts of the building when it comes to human body. I also developed some model making skills, and taught me well on how to work with friends.
