The first project was to design a highrise consisting of 30-40 storeys in the dense urban environment of Kuala Lampur. By focusing on the keyword 'green buffer' this project tries to integrate a green buffer within the design, creating a more pleasant workplace for the workers. This strategy is used as a response to the urban busy life of Kuala Lampur and limited green areas within the city. Strategic location of the site is maximized by opening up views to the main attractions of Kuala Lampur such as KL Petronas Tower & TRX building.
