Project aims to design a mixed use housing scheme that would solve the social issue by focusing on the concept of centralization.  The design introduces communical spaces such as vertical gardens, shared spaces which are spaces that belong to all residents. It aims to offer creative use of materials and structure for an affordable cost effective housing - and create human scale communal areas that can be shared by the residents in the dense urban environment of Cyberjaya
