​​In this first assignment, we were basically assessed on our understanding of the psychology concepts of the first five chapters and how well we could relate it to our own lives. I believe that the main purpose of this assignment was to make us apply the theories of psychological concepts into our own lives and to make us understand ourselves better by understanding how we behave the way we do. While doing this assignment i realized that many of the situations in my life can actually be related to the psychology concepts. Therefore, by learning these concepts i found out why i actually behave the way i do. As a result, i believe that i have a better understanding of myself after doing this assignment. Overall, this assignment was very effective and made me realize my strengths as well as my weaknesses. As for my strengths i found out that, in all of the situations that i was in, i ended up using the right or the positive concepts of psychology. However, by doing this assignment i realized that i was not aware of the human behavior as i should be. That is clearly something that i should improve on.
